Ingredients
Cookies:

1 cup ricotta cheese

½ cup powdered sugar

1½ cups all-purpose flour

¾ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup roasted pistachios, chopped

½ cup mini chocolate chips

1 teaspoon orange zest
-
½ cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and orange zest until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, stirring until a soft dough forms.

Fold in the chopped pistachios and mini chocolate chips until evenly mixed.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie for spreading.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges turn a light golden brown.

Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.

Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the cooled cookies for a beautiful finish.
